2025 Jinming Aerospace Sustainable Development report

Amid the challenges and opportunities of 2025, Jinming has consistently placed sustainable development at the core of our long-term strategy. We are deeply aware that addressing climate change is not only a global consensus but also an inescapable corporate responsibility. This report aims to transparently and comprehensively present our carbon emission performance, the actions taken, and our future emission reduction commitments for the year 2025.

In 2025, we successfully reduced absolute carbon emissions by 29% compared to the 2022 baseline, exceeding our annual target. This achievement is attributed to our continuous investments in energy efficiency improvements, process optimization, and the application of renewable energy. We are proud of the progress made, yet we remain clearly aware that achieving the ambitious goal of "carbon neutrality" requires even more arduous efforts.

1、Jinming's 2024 Carbon Emission Performance

In January 2025, Jinming, together with a third-party verification body (CTI), conducted a comprehensive greenhouse gas emission verification for all production sites in 2024. The total carbon emissions for Jinming in Scope 1 and Scope 2 for 2024 were 2387 tCO₂e. We successfully achieved the short-term target of "reducing total carbon emissions by 10% compared to 2022 by 2024," with an actual reduction reaching 29%.

2、Key Carbon Reduction Strategies and Actions in 2025

• Photovoltaic Project: In April 2025, Jinming invested over 2 million RMB to install a photovoltaic system on the plant roofs and parking sheds within the Dongguan industrial park, with a total coverage area of approximately 3,400 m². After completion, the system is expected to achieve annual energy savings of 504,000 kWh and reduce carbon emissions by approximately 221 tCO₂e.


• Green Factory: In September 2025, Dongguan Jinming officially launched the "Green Factory" certification project. By March 2026, Jinming will establish and effectively operate management systems including an Energy Management System (ISO 50001) and an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001). It is planned to apply for the "Green Factory" certification with government authorities around June 2026.


• Enhancing Scope 3 Verification: In October 2025, an agreement was signed with a third party for the verification of 2025 Scope 3 carbon emissions, defining the verification categories and data collection methods. The relevant verification certificate is expected to be issued by the third party in February 2026.

3、Goals and Outlook

Resolved by the HSE Management Committee:

• Mid-to-Short Term Goals: Jinming will initiate Scope 3 supply chain emission reduction actions no later than 2026; using 2022 as the base year, achieve a 50% reduction in carbon emissions from its own operations by no later than 2030.


• Long-term Goal: Achieve comprehensive carbon neutrality for its own operations and supply chain by no later than 2050.

  2025 was a year in which Jinming took solid steps on the path towards low-carbon transformation. Every bit of progress we have made relies on the collective efforts of all employees, the collaborative support of partners, and the trust and oversight from all sectors of society.

  Moving forward, Jinming will continue to uphold the philosophy of "Green Operations, Low-Carbon Future," increase investment in low-carbon technologies, and work with value chain partners to build a more resilient and sustainable business model. The road ahead may be long, but every step taken brings us closer to our destination. With firm determination and innovative actions, Jinming will continuously manage its carbon footprint, actively respond to climate change, and contribute "Jinming's Strength" to achieving global sustainable development goals.
