How does we ensure the quality of my parts?

A

· Once your order is confirmed, we will perform a full Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review to point out any issues that our engineers feel may affect the quality of your parts.

· All incoming materials are inspected and verified with a suite of testing equipment.

· Final inspection reports before shipment.

· We have the ability to share inspection data with you in real-time so we can work together to address any quality issues you may have during production.

How do I know my design will be kept confidential?

A

We of course will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission.

Ultimately we rely on our reputation of working with hundreds of thousands of unique designs over many years and never allowing any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party.

What tolerances can we achieve?

A

There is not a given set of tolerances that fits all processes and materials. In every case, the final tolerances on your part will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to:

· Part size

· Design geometry

· The number, type and size of features

· Material(s)

· Surface finish

· Manufacturing process

Once your order is confirmed, we will review your design and provide a design for manufacturing review, pointing out any areas where we may not be able to achieve your desired tolerances. It’s helpful if you can specify which areas in your design have critical tolerances that must be met and which can be slightly modified if needed to reduce time and costs involved. Here are some general tolerance guidelines:

· General tolerances for CNC machining in metal and plastic

· Plastic injection molding tolerances

· General tolerance for metal 3D printing is +/- 0.5mm

All manufacturing and technical specifications need to be clearly specified in the 2D drawings in order to be followed.

Can I use my own material for production?

A

Yes, customer-supplied material is fine so long as it fits with our machine capabilities.

Does your company's products have been inspected? Can you provide inspection report?

A

Yes, sure. The products sent to customers are all qualified parts that have been strictly inspected, and we can provide inspection report if you need.

Can I use my own master model for making duplicate copies for CNC machining?

A

Yes. Models used for CNC machining will be 3D scanned to create a CAD/CAM program for production. We will confirm with you on the CAD/CAM drawing, especially the size tolerance should be certified.

What should I do if one or some of the drawings should be modified after confirm the order with you?

A

If the part you need to modify is not implemented, we will re-quote according to the modified one, 

but if it is already implemented, in addition to the re-quotation, it is necessary to pay the cost of the implementation part.

What type of design files does we accept for quoting?

A

In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, we only accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP or IGES format. 2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF format. We must receive complete manufacturing information as part of this technical documentation. Informal communication via Skype, email, etc., will not be considered as admissible for manufacturing purposes.

Yes, sure. Welcome to visit our factory at your free time. We will pick up you at the airport or from your hotel.

We have a whole set of equipment need to assemble, can your company undertake assembly?

Yes. Sure. We can assembly according to your requirement, many customers have cooperated in this way.

What kind of payment terms do you accept?

A

We usually let the customer choose the payment terms, EXW Shenzhen, or FOB by sea, or FCA by courier, or CIF by sea, or DAP by courier, etc, it all depends on your needs.

What type of surface finishes does we provide?

A

We offer a wide variety of finishing services to achieve almost any look and feel on your parts. We offer anodizing, painting, powder coating, plating, passivation, sand blast,grinding and so on. You can also learn how to specify the surface texture by clicking our surface finish page.

How is the price calculated?

A

According to the drawings, normally the price will consist of the following:

Material fee; heat treatment fee, surface treatment fee, processing fee; packaging fee (if there is special requirements); transportation fee (according to different terms you choose); profit; tax etc. We will give a quotation detail if you need.

I am a personal and want to develop a new product, but currently only in the conception phase, may I get help from your company? How does the fee calculate?

A

We will have relevant technicians discuss with you to assess the technology feasibility and the market acceptance of the product. If it is confirmed, we will sign a cooperation agreement with you, including the proportion of the issuance of both parties, and the proportion of results sharing.

How quickly can I get my parts?

A

Usually within 15-30 days for mass production, but within 7 days for quick projects, and within 3 days for emergency projects if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer. Request a quote to get more accurate lead times based on your project. and re shipment time, it depends on air shipment or sea shipment.

How long does a quotation take?

A

In most cases, we respond within one or two days of receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

How does we compare to other suppliers on price?

A

Although direct comparisons are difficult, Our prices will be typically 25-45% less for CNC machined / turned parts and sheet metal fabrication when compared to suppliers in North America and Europe.

As compared to Chinese suppliers, we choose to not to compete on price but to offer the highest levels of quality, rapid response and professional results.
