JM Precision Outdoor Activity--Outward Bound

In order to rich our employee’s amateur life, strengthen personal psychological quality, improve employee cohesiveness and hard working, and let us know the close interdependence relationship between the individual and the enterprise, between the leader and the team members, thus stimulating our team's enthusiasm and hard work. JM Precision organized all employees to the Dapeng Expansion Base on September 12, 2020 (Saturday) to carry out outdoor activity-outward bound.

    We came to Dapeng Expansion Base the base in the morning, and then replaced with camouflage clothing, and started the team construction. We established the team, selected the captain, formed the team lineup, made team name and slogan under the leadership of the coach, thus strengthening mutual understanding and trust.

    The most cooperative activity is "Power Circle". Everyone should have the same goal and work consistency, then we learned transposition consideration, better understand each others, so enhance confidence and self-control.

    The most challenging event is "Graduation Wall". Everyone must work together to climb over the vertical wall, we had more than 200 people to participate the event. It seemed to be an impossible job, but everyone united,full of teamwork and dedication spirits, trusted each other and helped each other, eventually completed the job in 24 minute and 39 seconds.

This Outward Bound activity gave us an unforgettable memory and we learned a lot from it.Through the "Power Circle" and "Graduation Wall" event, everyone of us understood the activity rules and the team spirits, just like the company process,we should perform the activities according to the rules, and once set the target, then the team work together to meet the target, we should communicate with each other, trust each other, help each other, then no matter what kind of difficulties we faced, we will finally convince and overcome them.Even it is a task seems we cannot finish,just like the “graduation wall” project, but everyone united, we finally finished this task in 24 minutes 39 seconds ,created a miracle!
